o 12 months of Long Term Care experience is required.
Requirements:
o Candidates must have a New York license in hand at the time of application.
o This role may require floating to additional units and locations o Candidates must live at least 30 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.
o Flu vaccination required for onboarding.
Declinations not accepted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role.

BLS, ACLS, PALS and NIHSS need to American Heart Association.
Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Years Day RTO will NOT be approved.

RTO must be submitted with application for approval.
