Prevention Program Coordinator

Join Our MissionThe Prevention Program Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the Prevention program including overall administration, planning, supervision, independent monitoring and program development.
Job ResponsibilitiesoOperates program within and according to all regulations, which govern such programs and ensures program(s) meets or exceeds all program evaluation criteria.
oRecruits, hires, trains and provides overall supervision of staff including conducting staff meetings, preparing and monitoring schedules, monitors and ensures paperwork and documentation requirements are met through regular supervision and links staff with appropriate training opportunities.
oAssists with preparation of budget and ensures fiscal accountability including but not limited to providing regular statistical and billing information, preparing biweekly and/or monthly reports and completing all state-mandated reports in a timely manner; monitors expenses and approves travel expense records.
oActs as a liaison to a variety of community and public agencies.
oForms therapeutic relationships with children and families.
oResponsible for managing subcontractors and contractors may be required.
Job RequirementsoMaster's Degree in Social Work or related Human Services discipline preferred; Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related Human Services discipline preferred with two years of supervisory experience considered.
oMinimum 1-3 years of experience working with at risk youth; minimum 1-2 years of supervisory experience required.
oFlexible schedule with evenings required; provide on-call coverage.
oMust possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
oTravel is required for the position.
oAbility to work with an economically and culturally diverse population.
oSkills:
demonstrated decision-making, organizational and communication skills, both oral and written, including attention to detail, and working knowledge of MS Office programs.
Salary Range$60,000-$64, 500 annual salary.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
